1. e4 c6 2. d3 d5 3. Nd2 dxe4 4. dxe4 g6 5. Ngf3 Bg7 6. Be2 Nf6 7. O-O O-O 8. c3 Nbd7 9. Re1 Qc7 10. Qc2 Nc5 11. b4 Ne6 If 11... Ncxe4 12. Nxe4 Nxe4 13. Qxe4 Bxc3 14. Bf4 Qb6 15. Qxe7 for example is good for white 12. Bb2 Nf4 13. Bf1 Bg4 14. c4 N6h5 Note that Be5 was threatened winning the N on f4 15. h3 Be6 16. Ng5?! Rad8 this effectively prevents g3 with some tactics but white misses the point 17. g3? Bxb2 18. Qxb2 Nxg3 in fact Nxh3 also wins a pawn as black follows up with Qd7 hitting the Knight on d2 and h3 but the text is stronger 19. fxg3 Nd3! 20. Bxd3 Qxg3+ 21. Kh1 Qxg5 22. Nf3 Qg3 Fritz gives Qf4 as stronger because after the text White has Re3! which allows White to shore up the king side without losing the B on d3. Nevertheless Black still get three pawns and the better position for his piece. 23. Qe2?! Qxh3+ 24. Kg1 Qg3+ 25. Kh1 Bg4 26. Rf1 Rd7!? 26. ... Rd6! threatening g5 and Rh6+ is slightly better 27. Bc2 Rfd8 28. Qg2? Bxf3 29. Rxf3 Qxg2+ 30. Kxg2 Rd2+ 31. Rf2 Black is 3 pawns up after 31. Rf2 Rxf2+ 32. Kxf2 Rd2+ winning the Bc2 *
