is a 2in1?
Over twenty years ago the 2in1
was created at the Weighbridge, since then it has become
a firm favourite with our guests and is known the world
over.
The 2in1
is served in a large bowl. Half of the bowl contains the
filling of your choice and the other half is brimming
with home made cauliflower cheese. The chosen filling is
topped with freshly made melt
in the mouth pastry and cooked to order.
The 2in1
bowl is served straight from the oven on a wooden board
and is best eaten with a spoon and fork.
